Grade XI exam from Ashad 1( NEB grade 11 exam 2074), 2nd Phase election on Ashad 14

Kathmandu, May 31: The second-phase of local election which was slated for Ashad 9 has been rescheduled for Ashad 14 and the National Examination Board (NEB) pre-poned the grade XI examination.

According to new routine, grade XI examination will start from Ashad 1 (UPDATED)

Due to this periodic revision of local election date, the students of grade XI who are waiting to give their examination are suffering alot. Approximately 4 lakh 50 thousands are going to sit for grade XI examination, which has been postponed twice.

According to the latest routine, the examination of Grade XI was rescheduled to commence from Ashad 8 which is bound to postpone again.

According to first routine it was scheduled to start from Baishakh 24, as the govt fixes the first phase of election on Baishakh 31, National examination Board re-scheduled the examination.

Then National examination Board rescheduled the routine and said that grade XI exam will start from Ashad 1; but the govt fixed date of second phase of election as Jestha 31, National examination Board again rescheduled the exam and said that exam will commence from Ashad 8; now govt of Nepal has fixed Ashad 14 as newest election date.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar today has decided to postpone the second-phase local election for Ashad 9 to Ashad 14 taking into consideration especially the Muslim holy festival of Ramjan.
