The Government of Nepal is marking the 37th National Education Day on Today Bhadra 23, 2073 (8th September 2016) in the Nepali calendar.
The Day has been observed under the theme of slogan ” investment in useful education for the building of prosperous nation’.
Today, On the occasion, President Bidya Bhandari is scheduled to confer the ‘Nepal Bidhya Bhushan’ (A, B and C) and ‘Nepal Chhatra Bidya Padak’ on various personalities nominated for these education awards, according to Ministry’s Joint Secretary Dr Hari Lamsal.
Meanwhile, the government has already made public the name list of those private and community schools to be honored on the occasion of the 37th National Education Day.
