Form fill up notice to participate in 42th Convocation of Tribhuvan University
This is to inform for all the qualified candidates (who have passed the following mentioned exams and has got the transcript in the following mentioned dates) who have interest to participate in the 42th Convocation of Tribhuvan University are requested to fill the application form as earlier as possible so that the form will reach Tribhuvan University Office of the controller of Examination, records or mark-sheet department within 2072 Kartik 18
Application form for TU convocation open from: 2073 Bhadra 13 onwards
Last date to submit the 42nd TU convocation application form: 2073 Ashwin 12.
TU convocation Application form will be available without paying any application form, from Examination Controller Office, Record and Mark-sheet division, Balkhu. Students have to show their original transcript of level for which they are going to participate in convocation or can be downloaded from the website of edusanjal.com, educationsansar.com and www.ntc.net.np
Other materials required to submit the convocation form of TU: Photocopy of Citizenship (nagirakta) and one recently clicked passport size photo.

After getting grace number form mark-sheet division, deposit the fee MENTIONED ABOVE in Global Bank limited inside the premises of TU OCE and take a voucher and deposit it in Account division.
Please don’t forget to take Grace card from account division.

Eligibility to participate in the TU convocation 2073 / 2016
According to TU’s 52th grace list, students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams of Bachelor, or Masters or M.Phil or PhD and also got the transcript in between 1 June 2015 to 16 June 2016 (i.e. 2072 Jestha 18 to 2073 Ashad 1) are eligible to apply.
Tribhuwan University has stated the application form of other candidates who do not fulfill above mentioned criteria wont be accepted.
Also, If student want to take their guardian (maximum 2) in the convocation then they have to pay nonrefundable fee of NPR: 200 per each guardian.
